| Here you see an entire restaurant, kitchen included. The space may measure only 150 square feet, but you can fit seven paying customers in it, all of them eating while standing up. The Japanese are in the habit of noisily slurping when they're gulping down their noodle soup, so you hear funny noises all around. The crabs in the soup posed a particular dilemma to me. I've never found out how to detach their hard tails without putting my fingers into the soup.
