This is how the world wide web is explained to Japanese youngsters. The man in green is demonstrating to the little kiddo how data flows through the net. The white and black balls represent bits. You take eight of them (1 byte), put them in front of you and turn the knob on the left. Then, the balls separately roll along the different lanes you see in the back. Finally, they arrive somewhere. And, whoops, you've finally understood the internet.
