The coolest game of all was this bang-the-bongo-type thing, though. You can see a similar one in the Bill Murray movie Lost in Translation, incidentally. On the video screen, colorful circles are headed your way while you hear a Japanese pop song. If the circles reach a certain spot, you have to hit the bongo drum with one of your sticks. If you do it right, your drum beat will be in sync with the song. The first time I played, I hit the bongo so hard that my shoulder hurt for several weeks. Ooouuuch!
